Williams still in second after Squad 2

BANGKOK, Thailand - The top three on the singles leaderboard remained in tact after Squad 2 on Thursday, leaving Team USA's Walter Ray Williams Jr. in second place with 1,316 and still alive for the medal round with three six-game preliminary squads remaining.

Chinese Taipei's Shu Liang-Chen is third with 1,283.

Team USA's Rhino Page and Bill Hoffman take to the lanes at 6 p.m. local time (7 a.m. EDT), while Tommy Jones and Chris Barnes will bowl at 9 a.m. Friday (10 p.m. EDT Thursday) on the fourth of five squads.
