After seeing what Jeremy Sonnenfeld shot last week, maybe I should find out what he used!  I would bet an Ebonite of some kind.  Actually, I talked myself into adding the Fury.  How many I end up taking will depend on how I have to get the balls there!

    I'll probably bring the following...

    1) Ebonite Maxim (The most important ball!)
    2) Hammer Black Widow
    3) Ebonite The One
    4) Ebonite RXS300
    5) Brunswick Ultimate Inferno
    6) Ebonite SR300
    7) Brunswick Absolute Inferno

The last two are subject to revision based on reviews I get from friends who will be going in the month before I head out there.

    Legends Kong

    Ebonite NV

    White Dot

Still thinking about LT-48, Black UDot, Wine UDot, or anything nostalgic about Columbia, Track, etc.

#1. My Total NV (currently the BIG DOG on the house shot) I can hook this back from two lanes to the right. Six week ave. 228

#2. Scorchin' Inferno w/factory polish (just shot 745 on the house shot) goes long & has a smooth reaction.

#3. Hot Rod Hybrid (Early roll, controlled backend)

#4. Triple XXXtreme 14# for spares

I'm also going to look at the Brunswick FURY when I get out there. If I go there, it will be drilled weak for the strong coverstock, controlled reaction, effect.

I have an array of manufacturers.

    Track Rule GP 2--sanded

    Brunswick Vaper Zone--Polished

    Ebonite The One--Polished

    Hammer No Mercy--Box Finish

Not too much need for a spare ball.  I usually average 24-25 on my spare ball.  My plastic ball will just be skating out there.

    15lb Enriched Uranium (label drilling)

14lb Pink Brunzwick Zone spare ball

Storm Shift (just got this ball and it hoooooooooooks!)
    Storm Paradigm
    Storm Recharge
    Storm Tropical
    Dynothane Thing
Spare ball.... though I have been tossing my Tropical for spares.

What are you all bringing? My Recharge actually was the best ball for CC. It went long and then hooked. I am excited about the Shift, but I have to get used to the big hook it is going to bring.

    Duds

Duds, I agree with the Shift Its a hook monster.  I have yet to find a shot with enough oil on it to throw it (tournamnet drilling) other than our state tournament we bowled in on March 3rd.  Of course I bought the ball on March 4th, LOL.

Well, I'm taking 3 balls that cover the gammit for me.  I have no need to lug 6-8 bowling balls to Nationals.  If I can't score with the 3 I'm taking then so be it.  If I had someone driving I would possibly ask them to take some more for me but I don't believe it is necessary.  Two balls in the 3 ball bag (along with some clothes) and 1 ball in the suitcase along with the rest of the clothes for the trip.

    Yeah Baby

    Angular One (pin above ring)

Columbia Rock Star (relic; spare ball; or if they get too burnt)

I am only bringing two because of airline weight restrictions.   I thought I would go with two balls made by Track....

    Animal Untamed &

    Phenom Unleashed

I also have a RoboRule by Track and the Yeah Baby by Lane Masters(?).  I hope I am making the right choices.  I am not even thinking about brining my spare ball.  I am hoping that I don't leave a lot of ten pins and I can get away with leaving it at home.  I guess I will know in a month if I made the right choices.

Hammer Real Deal, oldie but goodie. Once shot a 645 with 8 opens(strike or split). Just in case they oil the lanes.

Hammer Toxic, only 6 games on it right now. Had to replace my Dr. Jekyll, bought in CC,guy drilled one of the fingers taking out about 1/3 of the pin. Ball cracked shortly and finally a chunk came out of it. Awesome so far. 1st session, 10 minutes after ball in my hands 173,226,199. Only 6 frames weren't 9 or strike. Four splits where I tugged it just a bit.

Columbia Scout High Flare urethane, in case they don't oil the lanes.
