If your league secretary was smart enough to have the two vacant teams oppose each other on week one, I see no problem with letting those two teams post bowl against each other. Otherwise, let your league board decide what they want to do.

It is up to your league board of directors how they wish to proceed. Personally.....I would have them bowl.
Newbsecy, This is not an isolated situation, it occurs all over the country, more especially in smaller associations.
Not earthshattering, Let them bowl, Enter The Scores, keep on going.
You will be glad you did. "Kill Them With Kindness, It Opens Many Doors.

Done, I am surprised you are still talking to us after the Fiasco in Reno.
I allow teams to make up the prize money for the missed weeks and the have them bowl for double points the next time they catch the teams they were suppose to bowl in the schedule. sure I am losing lineage for a week or two,but no big deal if I'm adding bowlers for the season. The USBC has too many rules. USE COMMON SENSE.
