    Bowlingball Express

I bowled in Reno the last week of USBCOPEN 2007, I shipped two bowling balls home through bowlingball express.

Well, they arrived after about 10 days, one of them incurred a hairlined crack in shipment. I called contact number for

bowlingball express, it had been disconnected, so I sent an email to address which they provided, that was July 2007,

still waiting to hear from them. If anyone else has had a similiar problem I would like to know.

I apologize for any inconvenience. I have notified our folks in BBE and they will investigate further.

Hickster may I ask why you even bowl I have never seen you say one thing good about all the hard work by the staff at the open and in the home office.

I may problems with some of the things USBC does, all I can say is if the other departments worked as well the opne staff bowling my not be in the bind it is in.

so mayb you should just go away

    Zebroni,

I sent you an e-mail, but I'm not sure the address was valid. Please send me a phone number where we can reach you.

    Rubersuks,

I agree with you 110%.  This guy is a joke, and I have already called this guy out before about his negative posts.  He is just one of those people that enjoys posting negative comments all the time.

I work for a pro shop and i was wondering what kind of ball this was.  I have seen undrilled new balls with hairline cracks.  Unless there is an impact mark on the ball it most likly wasn't damaged in shipping.  But as most people would do "go for all you can get".  All it can do is drive up the cost of BBE

I'm not trying to get a new ball or anything after a year has passed. I just think it would be good to keep the phone connected until a couple of weeks after tournament is over. I don't know why I didn't get a response from the email I sent.

Call me old fashioned, but if my stuff gets ruined by BBE. I'm probably putting a little more effort into locating someone than just sending an email. I'm pretty sure USBC headquarters would be getting a phone call (and there phone is not disconnected). Doesn't seem like a big deal to you though zebroni. Good luck
Good times and riches and son of a bitches I've seen more than I can recall...

If it was not such a big deal why bring it up now Hmm

I had a problme with my balls never getting to Reno and after all the checking that BBE did with UPS my claim was approved.

but this did not happen till near the end of July so I know the phone was not turned off also I think there was a lso a message on teh line as to whne the line was being shut off.

so my 2 cents says you wanted to get a free ball out of them. and you waited to long and some told you the damage on the ball could not have been casued by shipping unless the box was open when you got it then you should have had the driver make a note of that for you signed for it.

but what better way to try and get even then start crap here on the fourms.

All I can say is I have used BBE since their first year and they run a top noch customer service operation there.
