End of Season Awards Not handed Out?

My son's team won the roll-off this past Saturday. After bowling was over, he got a trophy for winning the league. What he did NOT get was his USBC League Champions patch/chevron. I know that every certified league gets these. Why would a Youth Program Director not hand these out?

Call up the program director and ask 'em. Maybe it was just an oversight,or maybe he/she doesn't have them yet.

I believe the same thing may have occured here in our youth league, I remember seeing trophies given out but I never saw any of the chevrons given to the first place team in fact my daughter got most improved and I thought usbc had a patch for that but I could be mistaken.
