    Bowling Related Things To Do

If you want to practice ahead of time, we are putting the oil pattern down at Wayne Bowl 36900 Michigan Ave. (734) 721-7530. We are only about 5 or so miles away from Super Bowl. Call ahead for lane availability. Proof of bowling in the tournament gets you a buy one game, get one free offer up to 10 total games per person. We are not charging anything above our normal rates to practice on the pattern. $2.50 per game from opening until 5pm on weekdays. So if you bowl 10 games, you only pay for 5. That works out to 12.50 for 10 games or 1.25 per game.

Don't forget about the Hamtramck Singles Tournament running weekends through July at Hazel Park Bowl. It is a handicapped tournament and has a guaranteed 1st place prize of 25,000.00. Only 55.00 entry fee! Also at Wayne Bowl starting in May and running through the 1st weekend in June is the Annies Mixed Team Tournament with a guaranteed $6,000.00 1st place prize. Only 120.00 per 4 person team.  Hamtram.com or Wayne-bowl.com will have more info on the tournaments. Hope you bowl well while you are in Detroit!

The folks at Wayne Bowl are super nice and the shot is a good warm up - it's worth the trip!!

I forbid you to go to the bowling alley. Bowling leads to...beer!
