I home baked a ball a little long and it developed a hairline crack about 2 inches above the fingers. Should I try to fill it with superglue, or am I better off asking the the proshop to "drill and fill"? Looking for help not lectures.
Thanks
how long is the crack

Not to be a bearer of bad news, but if you can see one crack I will bet there are many more under the surface. I would do a little glue then go practice and see how many more show up. You may not like the new reaction.
The crack is about two inches long. It curves down a bit once it passes the ring finger.

I guess it's good that this isn't part of the front line of my arsenal, but too bad none the less. So perhaps I'll try the superglue for a practice session and see what else pops up (or off). Thanks to all for the help.
I had a 3-D Hammer that had a separated core (it sounded hollow) still shot a few 300/800's with that ball.
I say just throw it til' it either cracks in half or quits working like you would expect it to...................then toss it in the trash and buy another ball

True story......................
I bought that ball at Nationals in Huntsville Ala. It cracked about 4 yrs later (like 2000) and it passed in Billings, no problem..............lol
The ball rolled great, just sounded like dropping wooden clothes pins into a glass milk bottle.
