If you are asking what we have in the bag then I have a wide range of stuff. Portable fan (needed if you ever been in a center during the summer in the south with the air conditioner broke for 2 weeks). Chap stick (for swollen thumb). Nail clippers, spare pair of socks, workout tool, knife, tape, magic carpet, heel and sole replacements, extra pair of shoe laces, shoe brush, nail file, and Aleve. Used to keep some Flexall in the bag but one day left bag in car trunk. It melted and bag smelt like that stuff for weeks. Ohh and 2 towels and ball cleaner.

Just roll , hit then sit what a simple game this is.

In my bag, there are several towels, ball cleaner, ball cup, both black and white thumbhole tape with a tool to install and remove it, other bowling tape for my fingers if I need it, rosin bag, extra soles and heels for my shoes, wire brush incase I need to clean of my slide sole, shoe covers for when I am off the lanes, scissors, pens and probably a couple other things I can't remember right now.

By the way our league isn't as tough as cp's we don't need ball cups.

I did have a neoprene knee brace but it proved to be more trouble than its worth. I also carry a generic pain reliever, change for various things, a little folder for papers and various powders such as easy slide and hand conditioner.

As for the ball cups DM, I was referring to the kind that holds bowling balls. As for the other kind of ball cup, last year I thought I was going to need one for one of my leagues. My brother and another bowler on our team started playing the cup check game, luckily it stayed between the two of them. If they tried to branch out I would have went and bought one and started to wear it to bowling. Might have been a little hard to bowl with it though.
