    making up his own rules

What do you do when a Proprietor makes up and changes the league rules when he wants?  this is a small house, I work there, I am the association manager and have tried to discuss that to no avail.

kth, if your league(s) have written rules to go by you need to be more specific about the changes being made to get any imput on a course to take.

he is allowing for prebowls to take place without the notification of league officers and opposing teams.  This only happens for this one group of people, one is an employee and the others are wife/friends of employees.  This man has been involved as officer of league/association for 20+ years and has just started this because of his relationship with employee

This is a no-no and you should ask the presidents of the leagues involved to talk to the center owner and advise him that thre needs to be notification of all pre bowls to give opponents an opportunity to bowl at the same time if they want to and observers if they want to have them.  Of course, there should be printouts of all pre bowled scores submitted with scores.

This does not really seem to be a problem with the proprietor. They are merely supplying the available lanes for pre-bowling. I think the issue needs to be addressed by the league. Perhaps a rule where if there is no prior notification to the League Officers and the by the team needing to pre-bowl, the scores do not count. Proprietors should not have any part of the League by-laws. They should only be responsible to the terms of the League/Center contract.
