I have to wonder the value of the Member Averages page when it is down during the more critical times needed.

This morning, I am trying to re-print cards for my team members as we prepare for the team event of a tournament in Pennsylvania.  I brought my printer with me so, in theory, no issues.

However, I get "We're sorry.  An error has occurred." when I attempt to access the page.

And, yes, there is a link to report the problem to the webmaster.  But today is Saturday which means the message will not likely be read until Monday morning.

So I ask ... where is the value of this service when it is down and no one readily available to address the problem?

 I know D.M. and I have commented on this also. It's down for maintenance on the weekend. Unfortunately most tournaments are run on the weekend and we could have used it several times during the state tournament to verify memberships and averages but we met with the same fate.

I remember seeing that it would be down for maintenance until 0830 CDT (0930 EDT).  It was still down at 1130 EDT when I had to leave my hotel.
