I was reading through some of the "Ask Deb" posts, and the Abq hotel thread looking to see if anyone

has stayed at the Best Western Inn & Suites on Yale Boulevard.

Couldn't find any posts!!  Has anyone stayed there? Usually can't go too wrong with Best Western, but if there is any input, I'd appreciate it!

Also, has anyone stayed at the Best Western Executive suite on Pan American, We'll be there in a couple of weeks. Again thanks in advance.

We stayed there in March. That is the one on Yale, and thought it was just fine. 2 hour walk to the convention center, but thats a different story for a different day. I have stayed at Best Westerns all arournd the country and with an exception here or there they are usually a safe bet.

 We're renting cars, so the distance to the center won't be a problem.. Any resteraunts / shopping near the hotel?

We didn't do much shopping around there, but there is enough restaurants to choose from. The Village Inn is right in the parking lot and is open 24 hours. Perfect if you have to bowl 11:30pm. minors like we did.
