in looking at AMF's website, i think you just need to inquire at the center. i'm not sure how their discount cards work, but i'm sure that an employee at the center you bowl in or possibly your league secretary can help you.

The cards are given out to the league bowlers at the beginning of the fall and summer sessions.  I don't think though that they ever ask for them when you use them - for instance they automatically give me the 10% on food because they know who bowls.  - I bowl in an AMF house also.
