1099-MISC missing, Matt, who do I call?

    1099-MISC missing, Matt, who do I call?

    To date I haven't received it.  I am reasonably certain I should have received a 1099-MISC.  Between the main tournament and side action I was paid out over $1,000.  I changed addresses mid-season last year, but at my original address where my father lives he doesn't have it/his stupid wife likely tossed it.  Who do I call to get another copy.
