Where is the 2008/09 Rule Book

I just went on line to check for new rules this season. It still has last years book. I know the new ones are already printed why aren't they on line?

The 2008-09 Playing Rules book will be online Friday morning - August 1st.

Dear Dennis:

Most of the rule revisions don't take effect until Aug. 1, which is probably why the Rules Staff responded as it did.
