When the mean averages of entire leagues are at 190 or better I would say that softer conditions are certainly helping more than a minority of bowlers... I participate in 2 leagues where this is a reality. The league average last season was 200.26 for 36 weeks. The other was 191.44 for the entire season...

Instead of dropping all awards and just giving "sport shot" awards, why don't the USBC step up and make all leagues PBA Exp. instead of loosening up on inspections, tighten up on them. who are they afraid they will make mad? the people that are already mad?

Yes, I myself have been in bowling for a lot of years now and recently last week finally got my first 299 game. Have never bowled a 300 or an 800. I've always just payed my dues and bowled my leagues and congratulated everyone else for their accomplishments no matter how big or small. I also managed...
