Greeleyd01, Thinking big is important......A couple of thoughts, bring a friend is a tried and true way of building a youth program. Free bowling will help, additonally you might offer the recruiter paid USBC membership. Sell the value of youth bowling, everyone particpates equally, bowling is a sport...
